IMPORTANT! In case if you build your booth/stand through contracting of third parties (advertising company or any other contractor), your contractor should go through CERTIFICATION (to make contract with the NEC Uzexpocentre) in Uzexpocentre. Please enquire Iteca Exhibitions
When installing the exposition and individual booths/stands, the Participants have no right to use the elements of a standard exhibition equipment ("OKTONORM" and "MAXIMA")
n case of ordering individual construction of a stand from third parties or construction performed by its own workforce, it is required to get the approval of the design and stand technical characteristics from the organisers. A builder should provide complete information about the booth/stand to be build (booth plans, cabling and wiring plans, fastening to farms, if any) to the both responsible representatives of Uzexpocentre and organizers. Organisers have the right to prohibit the construction of stands which block surrounding stands or general view from the balcony.
All people present in the exhibition area during installation days and day of arrival must be familiar with Safety Requirements to Builders and Exhibitors.
