From April, government agencies will have special cybersecurity units.

From April 1, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Energy and the Tax Committee will have specialized cybersecurity units to protect information systems and prevent cyber incidents.

The corresponding presidential decreeconsolidatesthe creation of these departments and approves the cybersecurity strategy for 2026–2030. The units will monitor the resistance of national information resources to modern threats and identify vulnerabilities.

Cyber ​​defense will be financed both from the budget and from extra-budgetary funds. To check the systems, it is planned to involve independent experts through a special electronic platform organized by the State Security Service.

The initiative is aimed at increasing the security of government resources and reducing the risks of cybercrime.
