The EAS DOME complex for detecting and countering UAVs was demonstrated in Tashkent.

Electronic Autonomous Solutions (EAS), the company that presented the system, is a leading manufacturer of counter-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems in Central Asia.

Against drones autonomously controlled via fiber optics or artificial intelligence, conventional electronic warfare methods are currently ineffective. In this regard, Electronic Autonomous Solutions offers the HardKill format solution within the EAS Dome system — physical destruction of the drone. The company presented the new system on February 16 at a technology forum and demonstrated its capabilities in detail.

Currently, the use of fiber-optic cables in drone control or the application of artificial intelligence and computer vision systems is becoming widespread. Therefore, the EAS Dome also integrates radar and electro-optical detection and countermeasure systems. It also enables kinetic destruction of actively used drones using FPV drones. The system includes an integrated detection system, countermeasure tools, and kinetic combat means — that is, a hard-kill system — processing data on a unified platform and server, and today is considered one of the few similar solutions on the global market.

“The countermeasure system is capable of detecting, tracking, and identifying unmanned aerial vehicles at a tactical depth of up to 10 kilometers, and in open terrain — at even greater distances. Counteraction at a depth of up to 10 kilometers is also carried out through electronic suppression, navigation system spoofing, forced landing, or flight disruption,” says EAS Technical Director Bekhzod Sulaymonov.

The system uses artificial intelligence to distinguish detected unmanned aerial vehicles as friendly or hostile, filters false signals, and can operate autonomously or under operator control. Interceptor drones launched from the roof of the container neutralize the target through direct collision.

EAS Dome is not the company’s only development. Since 2022, the company’s portable and stationary systems have been used by the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan, ensuring the security of borders and strategic facilities.

“Today our company has entered the market with a number of products — stationary, portable, and mobile systems. At this forum, we are presenting our new system — a counter-UAV system. Our system includes C2 and C4 systems. To date, the company has attracted about 70 specialists. By attraction, I mean that we have brought back to Uzbekistan our compatriots from the United States of America and other countries — Uzbek specialists who are now working here. In the future, we will present a new C4A system based on artificial intelligence,” says CEO Azizbek Ubaydullaev.
