The Ministry of Defense is creating a Main Directorate of Digital Technologies, an AI Department, a Cyber Security Laboratory and a Satellite Communications Center

To manage digital transformation, a new position of Deputy Minister of Defense has been introduced, and military districts will have deputy commanders for digitalization, AI and cybersecurity.

In addition, the Armed Forces have already formed units for the use of drones and countering them, as well as training for UAV operators, engineers and robotics specialists.

The Ministry of Defense also launched an Information Security Monitoring Center to identify and prevent cyber threats.
