Uzbek servicemen win "Best Warrior" competition in the USA and set new records. Video

Servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan, Junior Sergeant Alishokh Abdullaev and Sergeant Shokhrukh Zhovkashev, won the prestigious competition "Best Warrior - 2025", which was held at the Camp Shelby military training base in the US state of Mississippi. They not only beat their rivals, but also set several tournament records.

The competition, in which Uzbek servicemen participated, included a number of difficult tests. Participants had to pass a physical fitness test, endure a 15-kilometer forced march at night, cover a 20-kilometer distance with a 15-kilogram load, disassemble and assemble American small arms, fire in difficult conditions, demonstrate skills in terrain orientation, providing medical care and protection against weapons of mass destruction.

During the team task, Abdullaev and Zhovkashev covered 20 kilometers with a load in an hour and fifty minutes.

In the individual tests, Shokhrukh Zhovkashev covered a distance of 3.2 kilometers in 11 minutes 18 seconds, and Alishokh Abdullaev ran 250 meters in 1 minute 18 seconds, throwing a five-kilogram ball 12.3 meters. These results became new records of the competition.

Following the competition, the Uzbek military were awarded a special prize. It is noted that the Uzbek military has been successfully participating in these competitions since 2019 and has taken leading positions every year.

Recall that Uzbekistan took first place among Central Asian countries in military spending. According to the Global Firepower report for 2025, the country spent $2.8 billion on defense.
