To achieve this, a set of preventive mechanisms will be introduced in all regions of the country at the mahalla level. Early warning and minimization of the consequences of emergency situations will be recognized as a priority.

In addition, the requirements and norms of state control in the field of emergencies will be revised taking into account modern realities, and the mechanisms for their implementation will be transformed.
