In Uzbekistan, MPs adopted a law on state defense procurement
The lower house adopted the document "On state defense procurement" on August 20 and sent it to the Senate. It is aimed at regulating relations on issues of state defense procurement related to ensuring security, preventing and eliminating emergency situations.
The development of the document was provided for by the presidential decree of January 31 last year. According to the decree, the State Commission for Equipping the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan will be engaged in reviewing and approving the defense procurement.
