The head of Uzbekistan spoke at the UTC summit in Gabala.
Mirziyoyev put forward the initiative to hold the first joint meeting of foreign ministers and heads of intelligence services of the UTC countries in Samarkand to coordinate approaches on regional and global security issues.
In addition, the head of Uzbekistan proposed creating a Permanent Council for Economic Partnership of Turkic States with a Project Office in Tashkent.
